It is Web Platform built for monitoring and automation of tax/fees and fines collection for a State. Taxes are categorized under the three available module: PAYE, Direct Assessment and MDAs/Others.

Taxpayers must Sign up/Login under the PAYE Module and fill in their biodata to enable them upload their schedules

Taxpayers must Sign up/Log in to the Direct Assessment Module to enable them enrol and complete payment.
What is a reference ID?
A Reference ID also known as an ‘Application ID or Payment ID’ is a Number that is presented to a Taxpayer in a ‘payment description page’ upon selection of the ‘Bank Branch’ payment option on the TMS. This ‘Reference ID can be used to complete payments on various channels (Bank Branch/POS, Payarena Web and PayAttitude Digital APP)
Why do I need a Reference ID?
Taxpayers need a ‘Reference ID’ to consummate payments on our various payment channels (Payarena Web, Payarena@Bank Branch, POS and PayAttitude Digital App and UP Agents spread across the State)
What is Payarena?
Payarena is a Web Platform, where Taxpayers payers can pay their Taxes by selecting the SOIRS Logo and completing their payments
What is Payattitude Digital?
PayAttitude Digital is a Mobile App available on the Play Store and Apple store for free. Users who already have the app can complete payments on this platform using their phone number.
